The VARIMAC 20flex is the latest product from Streicher, developed on the basis of extensive customer requirements and experience. This innovative machine offers several spindles for front and back machining and combines all the advantages and options of the proven Varimac 20. The Varimac 20flex impresses with its well-thought-out design, ergonomic operation and intuitive user interface. Thanks to powerful synchronous servo drives, speeds can be individually adjusted, while stored movement programmes ensure a high repeat accuracy of 0.01 mm.

Efficient and precise thread machining with the Varimac 20flex
With up to 10 machining spindles, the machine enables a wide range of machining steps – such as drilling, threading, countersinking, chamfering, reaming, testing, face milling and much more – in just a single pass. An intelligent clamping and transport system ensures precise and efficient processes, while drill breakage control and torque monitoring guarantee maximum process reliability.
Additional features such as an optional soundproofing hood, automatic parts feeding, efficient coolant preparation and modern chip disposal contribute to a long service life and high productivity. Remote maintenance and production data acquisition allow the machine to be optimally integrated into modern production processes.
